Take U.S. Route 50 (Columbia Parkway) east to Beechmont Avenue (State Route 125).
Follow Beechmont East to State Route 32 (right after Lunken Airport).
Follow State Route 32 into Newtown. Turn left at light onto Church Street (There is a Dairy Whip and a United Dairy Farmers on the corner).
Travel approximately 1 mile (over RR tracks and through 1 traffic light where off to the left is the Little Miami Golf Course.)
Just prior to going over the bridge, you will see a small parking lot on the LEFT. This is Bass Island park, so turn here.
